OUR FAMILY
The Colquitt Family is a deeply rooted Bay Area family who decided it was time to change the health food game by bridging the gap between nutritious and delicious one bowl at a time and by bringing health into communities that traditionally do not have healthy food options. Aldred and Ronell work alongside all four of their children. Their sons, Jalen and Jabari will work at the cafe and their two daughters, Joyal and Jazel contribute by offering their handcrafted jewelry and vegan soy scented candles, Jaz’s Jewelz and Candlez by Joy. We can’t wait to meet you and welcome you to our family!

Our signature Dream Bowl is a thick smoothie bowl made from an organic acai berry blend, infused with sea moss, proteins, vitamins and other nutritious ingredients, topped with granola and fresh fruit.
