Kick off 2025 with clarity and intention! Join us on Sunday, January 5th, at 3 p.m. (location TBA in Hercules or Rodeo) for our Dream Board Workshop – an inspiring and interactive journey to visualize your goals and let go of 2024.
During this two-and-a-half-hour session, you’ll be guided through creating a personal vision board, complete with all supplies, snacks, and a complimentary glass of wine, for only $35.
What You’ll Experience:
• Breath Work & Intention Setting: Begin by grounding yourself, connecting to your goals, and defining your dreams for the year ahead.
• Interactive Vision Board Creation: Collect images, words, and affirmations that resonate with your aspirations and assemble them onto your personal board.

Sound Healing Sessions
Reconnect with your inner calm through our transformative Sound Healing Sessions! Join us for a 75-minute experience of sound baths, guided meditation, and journaling at breathtaking locations like Four Fools Winery or the Exchange Building rooftop in Hercules.
After a short winter break, we’ll be back strong in January—keep an eye out for our next date!

Our Story
🌱✨ At Dream Bowlz, our journey began out of a genuine need for health and wellness in our community. Period. With active, sports-loving kids always on the go, we faced a common challenge – finding nourishing options in between games. Our quest led us to discover acai bowls, a delightful solution that fueled our kids without weighing them down.
Acai became a staple because of its satisfying yet light nature, providing the energy our kids needed for their games while keeping them hydrated and content. The idea of Dream Bowlz took shape as we turned our search for healthy options into a delightful game of exploring acai bowl spots in various cities.
Our commitment goes beyond satisfying hunger; we believe in nurturing mind, body, spirit, and soul. That's why we decided to incorporate crystals, metaphysical items, and the powerful benefits of sea moss into our bowls and smoothies. Sea moss, a superfood vegetable, offers a myriad of benefits, from boosting immunity to supporting healthy digestion in addition to replenishing 92 of the 102 minerals our bodies are comprised of. 🌊
Choosing to open a superfood cafe and wellness shop wasn't just a business decision; it was a response to the pressing need for well-being, especially in the era of COVID. Hercules became our chosen space, not just a location but our hometown. Al and Ronell, proud natives and Pinole Valley High School graduates, opened Dream Bowlz to bring health and wellness to the community they love.

Aldred and Ronell, alongside their four children, embody the spirit of Dream Bowlz. Sons Jalen and Jabari bring their management & social media expertise to the superfood cafe, ensuring a seamless experience. Daughters Joyal and Jazel contribute with their artistic flair, offering handcrafted gemstone bracelets and vegan, organic, soy-scented intention candles.
